Project Management Diploma

Project management plays an important role in almost every aspect of life — in companies, industries, the health and government sectors, small businesses, and more — and is key to organizational success, to adopting modern technologies and methods, to achieving and sustaining competitive advantage, and to developing sustainable infrastructure. The Associate Diploma program graduates project management specialists able to set executive plans for the business and industry sectors they oversee, to effectively organize tasks and make decisions, and to exercise managerial oversight. The specialization prepares students according to modern scientific methods and ensures they gain the knowledge and skills related to technical, executive roles.

About the Program

The Project Management Diploma (Professional Associate Diploma) is a training program offered by the Continuing Education and Community Service Center at the University of Prince Mugrin. It prepares specialists capable of planning, executing, and controlling projects, as project management has become a cornerstone of organizational success across business, industry, healthcare, government, and small enterprises, and plays a central role in adopting modern technologies and methods and in achieving and sustaining competitive advantage.

The program combines theoretical foundations with practical application through twelve courses covering the fundamentals of project management, project feasibility studies, cost accounting, project planning, and project contracts and control, in addition to project time and cost management, project quality management, risk management and decision-making, project team and stakeholder management, human resources management, project business analysis, and English language skills and vocabulary.
